The Lambert House At 28th Avenue

As our world changes and becomes more challenging to navigate, it is essential to find community and belonging. Having support and shared goals empowers us to recognize opportunities to connect with others and our environment, and take collective action toward improvement. The Lambert House is a community house that aims to engage responsible young adults passionate about personal growth, social change, and seeking new friendships. We hope to foster a safe, inclusive environment for residents to build healthy relationships and share ideas and experiences in a collaborative living space.

The house features 7 bedrooms, 2 shared bathrooms, a shared kitchen and living room. There is a backyard with a small garden, a fire pit, and ample space for activity. Off-street parking is also available.

We are partnered with Heretic Coffee, located on the first floor, where residents can volunteer for a weekly barista shift with a flexible minimum commitment.

We’re looking for someone with independent living experience, who is responsible for their living space and considerate of others, open-minded, and thoughtful in communication.

Rooms cost between $550-$950/month (excluding utilities) depending on room size.
